  • CREDENTIAL POLICY

  1. SCHOOL DIPLOMA - Reserved for live students

  2. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION - Reserved for Online Students

  3. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE - For live and online students who barely fall under the minimum requirements

  • GRADING SYSTEM

  1. 70% of Quizzes and Project is the passing mark

  2. "With Honors" (DIPLOMA & CERTIFICATE) -  for a grade above 90%

  • PAYMENT POLICY:

  1. A payment of 50% of the gross course fee is required for registration, and shall be considered as the registration fee.

  2. For LIVE classes, the student must pay in full no later than the first day of class

  3. For ONLINE classes, the entire amount must be paid before the start of class.

  4. Payment of tuition options:

  • To qualify for the Early Registration Discount, full payment of the course fee is paid no later than ten (10) working days before the start of classes.

  • To qualify for the Group Discount, student must enroll with at least two (2) companions, and settle the full course fee for each student in the group no later than ten (10) working day before the start of classes.

These options are available to all students.

 

  • REFUND POLICY - If for any reason an applicant is not accepted by the school, the applicant is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.

 

Three-Day Cancellation: An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) of registration is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.

 

Other Cancellations: An applicant requesting cancellation more than three days after registration and making an initial payment, but prior to entering the school, is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, minus the registration fee.

 

Refund after the commencement of classes:

 

  • Procedure for withdrawal/withdrawal date:

    • A student choosing to withdraw from the school after the commencement of classes is to provide written notice to the School Director.The notice is to indicate the expected last date of attendance and be signed and dated by the student.

    • A student will be determined to be withdrawn from the institution if the student has not attended any class for more than 20% of the total number of sessions.

    • All refunds will be issued within 30 days of the determination of the withdrawal date.

 

  • Tuition charges/refunds:

    • Before the beginning of classes, the student is entitled to a refund of 100% of the tuition, minus the registration fee.

    • After the commencement of classes, the tuition refund (minus the registration fee amount shall be determined as follows:

More than 10% and less than or equal to 15%

More than 20%

No refund will be given

 

  • The percentage of the clock hours attempted is determined by dividing the total number of clock hours elapsed from the student’s start date to the student’s last day of attendance, by the total number of clock hours in the program.

  • SCHOOL POLICIES:

  1. The School does not accept credit for previous education, training, and/or work experience (experimental learning).

  2. The School does not guarantee job placement to graduates upon program/course completion or upon graduation.

  3. The School reserves the right to reschedule the program start date when the number of students scheduled is too small.

  4. The School will not be responsible for any statement of policy or procedure that does not appear in the School catalog.

  5. The School reserves the right to discontinue the student’s training for unsatisfactory progress, nonpayment of tuition, or failure to abide by School rules

  6. The School may allow retakes and/or make-up classes for any missed classes by the student on a case-to-case basis and may require a certain amount of fees to cover expenses for his or her inclusion in the said class.

 

  • STUDENT AGREEMENTS:

  1. The student understands that the School may terminate his/her enrollment if he/she fails to comply with attendance, academic and financial requirement or if I disrupt the normal activities of the School. While enrolled in the School.

  2. The student understands that he/she must maintain satisfactory academic progress as described in the School catalog and that his/her financial obligation to the School must be paid in full before the course commencement.

  3. The student understands that this institution does not guarantee job placement to graduates upon program/course completion or upon graduation.

  4. The student also understands that in the event of missed classes, he/she can request for make-up classes, but cannot expect approval which will be given on a case-to-case basis. The student also understand that I may incur additional fees should such an approval is given, and I guarantee my attendance in such cases.

 

  1. No part of the provision of the services shall be deemed to be, nor is it intended to be, nor should it be taken to be, the provision of investment or management advice.

  2. Although Integra Institute aims to provide the services to the highest standards of the industry, neither it, nor its trainers accept any liability for: (i) any inaccuracy or misleading information provided in the programs or course materials and any reliance by student on any such information, (ii) any loss or corruption of data, (iii) any loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, or (iv) any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from any breach of the terms of this agreement.

  3. Except to the extent that they are expressly set out in these terms and conditions, no conditions, warranties or other terms shall apply to the services. No implied conditions, warranties or other terms apply (including any implied terms as to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose or conformance with description).

  4. Integra Institute’s total liability arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions and in relation to anything which it may have done or not done in connection with these terms and conditions and the delivery of the service (and whether the liability arises because of breach of contract, negligence or for any other reason) shall be limited to the fees received by us in connection with the relevant online course in relation to which a dispute has arisen.

  5. Nothing in this agreement shall exclude or limit Integra Institute’s liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence, (ii) fraudulent misrepresentation or (iii) any other matter which under laws may not be limited or excluded.

  6. No claim may be brought more than six months after the last date on which the services concerned have finished or ceased to be provided by Integra Institute.

 

  • PRIVACY POLICIES:

  1. The conditions for using the online courses of Integra Institute of Art, Business, and Technology are outlined below, as are the types of information we gather in order to provide the content and services you find on our site.

  2. When you interact with a website, it receives certain types of anonymous information. We use "cookies" to collect this data, which we then store and use to make improvements to the site and create a more relevant user experience. We also use the automatic information collected for analytics, site optimization and for tailoring our advertising and marketing. Some of the anonymous data we retrieve are your operating system version, browser version and IP address.

  3. The information you submit through our online forms, such as your name, telephone number, mailing address and email address, is retrieved and stored in order for Integra Institute to provide you and our other visitors with relevant education products and services. We share this information with schools and other third parties as necessary, to bring you information about schools, programs and education-related services.

  4. By voluntarily submitting information, you authorize Integra Institute and our affiliated schools and partners to contact you via phone, text, email or mail, in accordance with all pertinent laws. You may be contacted regarding education options and other related topics. If you receive an email communication from us or one of our affiliates, you may unsubscribe through the opt-out link in the email. At this time, you will be removed from that sender's further mailings.

  5. By utilizing the online courses of Integra Institute, you agree the information we collect can be shared with schools, affiliates and other third parties, in order to provide you with degree information and inform you of program and education-related products and services. You also agree with our right to release any information we collect, personally identifiable or otherwise, to businesses providing administrative services to Integra Institute, like an email service delivery, for example.

  6. When you submit personal information to our website, you grant us and our affiliates permission to contact you by phone, text, email or mail, to bring you marketing or other information regarding education services and products.

  7. Additionally, your submission gives us the right to release your personal information to abide by a subpoena, other legal procedure or other circumstances required by law. We will exercise this option in good faith when we believe we must do so to preserve our rights, protect your and other's safety, look into instances of alleged fraud or to reply to a government or legal request. We might also release your personal information if Integra Institute were to merge with, be acquired by or sell some or all of its assets to a third party.

  8. Integra Institute may make revisions to their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in the future. We recommend you reread this page periodically in order to have the most up-to-date information.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY: 

 

  1. Integra Institute will retain exclusive interest in and ownership of its Intellectual Property which includes, but are not limited to course materials, online courses, speeches made by mentors and speakers, whether adapted, written, or customized.

  2. You are not authorized to:-

 

  • copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the course materials without prior written permission;

  • record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the online course materials

  • use the course materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer;

  • remove any watermark, copyright, or other notice of Integra Institute on all course materials;

  • modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the online courses.

 

  3. Breach by you of this policy shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with     any services, including but not limited to access to Integra Institute’s online courses.

 

  4. In consideration of the fees paid by you, Integra Institute grants to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the online   courses and materials and the software in respect of the Online Course for the sole purpose of completing the online course.
