About the Professor

Aleanza's Chief Executive heads the Culinary Arts & Management program of the Aleanza Institute School of Hotel & Restaurant Management and has build firms and organizations with a combined student body of over 15,000 alumni now placed around the world.

Chef Rob trained around the world an co-pioneered the modernist movement and tasting menu service in the Philippines through the iconic restaurant, The Goose Station. He is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy and the Yamato Noodle School based in Tokyo.

Rob is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience in entrepreneurship and management. He developed his love for entrepreneurship and education at the Wharton School, Harvard Business School and the Asian Institute of Management.
